CUSTOMERS & USERS
In order to sign in to the PubWarn, you must first be registered in the system. The first step before registering is to type pubwarn.com in the search field in your browser. It is possible to log in via phone number or e-mail. After this section, you can log in with the password you will create. You can make the necessary authentications with the code that will be sent to your Sms or e-mail.
When users register to the system, their roles are determined, so this part is important because the necessary authorizations are given to the users here. So, if you want to add a new user, just click the add user button.
Roles are determined by the customer admin. Roles exist to define the user’s authority areas. For example, some users may not have permissions to add alarms. To specify roles,click on add new role button and determine the role name and its permissions.
Labels exist to detail the users. For example, the cleaning team is responsible for the cleaning of a gates at the airport. Therefore, giving these people a cleaner label makes things simple. For this, click the add label button and it is created together with the label name and the description.
Some users may want to be included in some groups, groups must be created for this. To create a new group, click on add user group button and specify the group name and description
ALARMS
You need to click on the alarms from the features on the left of the application’s interface, after doing this click on the add alarm tab.Now everything is ready to create an alarm, here user can configurate many alarm features, including the alarm name. For mor details look at manuel user.
Users can start an alarm either through the web interface, the mobile app or through certain external triggers. it is also possible to start an alarm via calling a predefined number and following the menus or sending an SMS with a specific keyword to a predefined number. Users can stock only the alarm they are authorised.The alarm is started by clicking on the green triangle.
An alarm notification session can end either by reaching the termination condition defined in the alarm. An alarm can always terminate by getting stopped manually or through API. In addition to natural termination, alarm termination can be limited to the conditions as follows: 1. All contacts are tried to be notified and all retries are over. This is the standard, natural, and implied termination condition for all alarms. When all retries are over, the alarm will terminate naturally. 2. A percentage of the users defined is reached. In this case, the Alarm server checks the delivery information obtained from the channels. This clause does not guarantee that the delivered notification is read, listened and understood by the recipient. 3. A percentage of the users defined accepted the alarm notification. In this case, the Alarm Server checks the user responses for the notifications delivered through different channels: • Outbound IVR: The user has to type in the code by entering pressing the touch tone digits to confirm. • SMS: The user must click the short URL link present in the message to confirm. • Mobile APP: The user must click the OK button on the mobile app to confirm. • Email: The user must click the short URL link to confirm.
Here, users can edit the alarms they have created when they want. By clicking on the pencil icon, they will see the steps when creating an alarm as mentioned before. Necessary adjustments are made here.
In this part, some variables may play a role while the alarm is directed. For example, flight number, gate number, etc. If a person is asked to go to this gate number, these variables must be there. To create these variables, click on the content variables part of the alarms section.Users can create their variables by pressing the add variable button. In addition, after creating, they can re-edit by clicking the pencil icon next to them.After clicking on add variable button, users can make the necessary definitions for their variables.Important Note: The variables are assigned in the messages section while creating the alarm. And the alarm must be started to enter the required value into this variable.

NOTIFICATIONS
NOTIFICATION TYPES AND SEQUENCES
There are 3 types of notification in this service, primarily by calling, SMS and e-mail channels. Users are free to determine which channel they want to reach the other party while creating their own alarms. Users can use a single channel or all channels, there is no limitation.By clicking add notification users can add their notifications.
In this section, it is decided which channels the generated alarm will pass through, respectively. The user can create his/her sequences from the add notifications button.
